Couples
You love each other. Yet the challenges of living with an ADHD partner are driving you nuts. ADHD coaching can bring order and peace into the lives of couples struggling with these challenges. Coaching will develop strategies that work with ADHD brain wiring—setting a foundation for a happier, less stressed, and healthier relationship.
Parent/Family Coaching
Living with an ADHD child poses many challenges. ADHD coaching helps parents of ADHD children overcome these hurdles. Linda and Karen work with both parents and children to set parameters for improving life at home and school.
College Students
Students with ADHD often struggle in college. Many drop out or fail after the first semester. ADHD coaching helps students understand their challenges (and strengths!) while providing time-management strategies geared to their situations.
