ADHD Adult Support Groups

One-month support groups for adults with ADHD

ADHD adults often feel lonely. It’s not easy to watch others do things with ease. Adults with ADHD may see coworkers, friends, and perhaps even partners accomplish more in a day than they can get done in a week—which can add to feelings of frustration and even shame.

These emotions are a normal part of living with ADHD. Support groups and connecting with others who face similar struggles are critical for helping ADHD adults understand they simply have different brain wiring than other adults. And believe it or not, ADHD comes with its share of gifts! Support groups offer a unique opportunity to bond over shared experiences.

Linda and Karen offer virtual support groups for ADHD adults. Group members are in the company of others who understand the daily struggles. Connections with like-minded ADHD adults show participants they are not alone. As trained ADHD coaches, Linda and Karen help everyone better relate to their specific ADHD challenges and gifts while helping each group member grow toward his or her full potential.

In addition to ADHD adult support groups, they offer specialized groups for ADHD adults struggling with social skills.

Support groups are an affordable way for ADHD adults to get on track to a happier, more productive life. Group sizes are limited and meet twice a month for 60 minutes. Signups are on a rolling basis, for a month at a time.
